Conditions

• Minimum 2 night stay is required
• Advance booking advised.
• 50% payment in advance is required to secure confirmed bookings.
• Extra 10% will be charged for holidays and Dec

Cancellation

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing or by email. The charges would be as follows:

• 31 days or more prior to arrival date: 25% of total
• 16 to 30 days prior to arrival date :   40% of total
• Less than 15 days prior to arrival date: no refund

All cancellations and reservation date changes are subject to a charge equal to the first night stay regardless of date of cancellation or change. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
