Kera - Rs 7500 per night for the house (2 bed rooms accomodates 4), additional person Rs 1000 each.

Bed room Suite Rs 4000, Double room 3600

Manal - Rs 7500 per night for the house (max 7) or Rs 2200 per room per night for double occupancy, Rs 1700 for single occupancy

Child sharing room with adults
     Age 12  and above         Rs 1000
     Above 5 below 12           Rs 800
     Below 5  Complimentary Stay, food charges apply

Conditions

  • Minimum 2 night stay is required
  • Advance booking advised.
  • 50% payment in advance is required to secure confirmed bookings.
  • Extra 10% will be charged for holidays and Dec

Cancellation

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing or by email. The charges would be as follows:

  • 31 days or more prior to arrival date: 25% of total
  • 16 to 30 days prior to arrival date :   40% of total
  • Less than 15 days prior to arrival date: no refund

All cancellations and reservation date changes are subject to a charge equal to the first night stay regardless of date of cancellation or change. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
